Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sustainable alternative, ensuring all original hangtags are attached.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
